We are a non-smoker-hotel. We ask you not to smoke in the rooms. But of course you can smoke on the terrace, balcony as well as the entrance area. We ask you to close the door when going outside. In case we can smell smoke in the room or bathroom we will charge an extraordinary cleaning fee of € 200,00.
Our hotel is an allergy-friendly environment. Please, do not bring your pets.
All rooms in the first and second floor are easily accessible by lift. They all offer shower, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, Internet connection, wireless Internet access, Direct Dial Telephone, Satellite TV and Safe.

In case you could not come, we ask you for a written message. First of all we try to sublet your room or maybe you find a substitute. If this is not possible, we have to invoice you 70 % of the room rate from 8 days before arrival. |

The comfortable furnishings offer up to 10 people plenty of room and include a spacious living room, full kitchen, four separate sleeping areas, which are separated from the living room by swinging doors and two separate modern Bathrooms with their own showers, toilet, hair-dryer and diaper changing table (Group Room 340), or a modern Bathroom with two separate showers, hair-dryer, diaper changing table and two private separate toilets (Group Room 336).
They also contain a desk, direct dial telephone and internet connection for your convenience.
The prices for the Group Rooms include VAT, but are without breakfast.
